GYROKINESIS®
Gyrokinesis exercise gently works joints and muscles through a carefully designed series of arching, curling and spiraling movements. You'll mobilise and stabilise your spine, pelvis, hips, knees, shoulders – finding movement in all directions.   Gyrokinesis can strengthen and shape your body, increase your flexibility and mobility, relieve stress, stimulate your nervous system, open up energy pathways, help prevent injuries. The workout involves a series of seated, standing and mat exercises performed with control and fluidity. The Gyrokinesis method feels like a fusion of yoga, tai chi, swimming and dance. It feels fabulous and is great exercise to support and enhance athletic, sports and movement arts performance.

Pulse Conditioning
Have you always admired the strong, lean bodies of dancers and wondered how they do it? Pulse conditioning works your body with small but intense movements targeting thighs, buttocks, abdominals, calves, waist. It's inspired by pilates and yoga so posture, breathing, stretching and core stability are important. You'll be amazed at how pulse conditioning can lengthen, strengthen and shape your body.

Seniors Pilates
We've heard people say they can't do pilates because they're not flexible enough. That’s exactly why you should start! Our seniors class is designed to get you moving, tone you up and help you make friends with your body again. We'll introduce you to the principles of pilates, work through exercises that will mobilise and strengthen and we'll even teach you a few things you can do at home if you wish. This class, like all Bodyright classes, is suitable for men and women.

Absolute Beginners Pilates
Discover pilates in a safe and caring environment. This is not like those big pilates classes at the gym that leave you feeling confused, unloved and unattractive. We'll introduce you to the principles of pilates, work through exercises that turn on your core muscles as well strengthen and elongate your entire body.

Intermediate Pilates
Our intermediate classes are great if you've been doing pilates for a while. Are you looking for a class to support your one-on-one sessions, or the pilates you're doing at home? This might be just what you need to keep you motivated and ensure you're doing the exercises with the precision needed to get results.

Advanced Pilates
OK, you've been doing pilates for a quite a while, you know all the moves. Now you really want to do some work and maybe be surprised.

Circuit
Here's a chance to use lots of the great pilates gear in a 50 minutes class format. All the instructions are there for you and there's an instructor on hand. You need to have been doing pilates for at least three months and not have any injuries to do a circuit class.
