First appointment
Please come 10 minutes early as there is some information we need to provide so we can design the best programme.

We are on the corner of Sydney and Union Streets in Petone. Here's a map.
What to wear
Please wear comfortable, stretch clothes - trousers or shorts - t-shirt and socks. Please bring a small towel with you.
Session length
Each session is 50 minutes. Please arrive ready to start on time.
Getting the most from pilates
To be most effective pilates should become a way of life. There are exercises you can do at home and doing this will help you achieve your goals faster. Your instructor will suggest things you can do between sessions. You'll be pleased with how fast you will progress if you do them.
Your options
We offer private, semi-supervised and unsupervised sessions as well as classes. You'll find more information sessions here.
Cancellation policy
We need 24 hours notice for a cancellation or you will be charged for your session if we cannot fill it with someone on our waiting list.
I also try to apply the exercises I do at the studio, and the pilates theory I learn, into everyday activities. People say that after a pilates session you feel taller and stronger and it's very true! I also feel pain-free afterwards and that I've used all the muscles that my body should be using.
