We offer private, semi-supervised and unsupervised sessions, as well as mat classes.

sessions. The studio is generally open from 7.30am on weekdays and on Saturday mornings.
Private
In your private sessions you'll be taught the pilates technique and introduced to your individual programme. You'll also be taught how to use the equipment in the studio. As you become more proficient you may choose to move on to other options.
Semi-supervised
Once you are familiar with pilates you can share an instructor with a friend, reducing your session costs.
Unsupervised
When you are skilled at pilates and familiar with our equipment you can do unsupervised sessions where you work on your programme alone. We do recommend that you also have monthly private or semi-supervised sessions so that we can check your technique is helping your achieve your goals.
Classes
We offer a range of classes in the evenings and weekends. Mat classes help with toning and shaping, but are not suitable for people with injuries or rehabilitation needs.

I started learning pilates at Bodyright about five years ago. I'd had several operations on my knee as a result of a horse-riding injury and had developed early-stage arthritis in it. Doing pilates has significantly slowed down the degeneration of my knee. In fact, it has actually made it (and the rest of my body) much stronger.
